I generally don't do a lot of street photography, respecting the privacy of the poor, but in this image, his face is hidden, so probably only his closest friends would recognize him.
There are so many low wealth people in America, the richest country in the world. Rich for a few. Poor for oh so many.
I'm not really poor but I am putting off buying new eye glasses because I can afford them right now. I would say I'm low wealth though, which is basically the same thing.
My prayers go out to this man. I hope his toe feels better. I hope his life gets better.
