From my friend Daph. She is on the right. Julie is on the left. Howard is in the middle. I'm a big fan of Howard's. Did a snow spiral in his honor back in 2004. Gave him money and all, too. He would have made a wonderful president, but alas. But he has done a ton for the party and Barack used Dean's fifty-state strategy masterfully. Here are Daph's words from her email.
"Julie and I went to a rally today and met one of our heroes, Howard Dean. We were so excited that we didn't say anything to him, just asked to have a picture. He thought we were quite efficient with our self-portrait technique. Then, I went and stood in line for 2 hours to vote early! Yay!"
I have never been so relaxed before a major election. Tomorrow will be a great day. I can just feel it. And say a prayer for the Obama extended family at the death of his grandmother. I feel sad that she won't see him win. But then again, she will, won't she?

[I just don't feel right unless I sing along with the Zsa Zsas at least once a year. "Piano Man" and "Live and Let Die" are just two of my favorite Mitch Millers. Catch them as you can. The Zsa Zsas don't leave their native Eastern Europe that often.
Final note: Chango Malo and Oh My God were also on the lineup on Halloween. The bottom photo is of Quin of Chango Malo. Chango and OMG were pretty amazing that night as well.
